New homes, extensions, alterations & additions
As from May 2011 all new homes being built, and all homes undergoing a significant extension, alteration or addition must meet the National Construction Code’s energy efficiency standards and in particular the Building Code of Australia 2010 thermal performance requirements. For most states and territories this means a minimum energy rating of 6 stars. We specialise in Thermal Performance Assessment and Certification (Energy Rating) for new homes, units, apartments, extensions, alterations and additions throughout Australia. We also supply BASIX Certification in NSW.
